Purpose of the site
Doctors Find Bangladesh is an information platform it lists doctors, chambers, hospitals and area-wise healthcare information. We do not provide medical treatment ourselves; the treatment itself is the responsibility of the doctors and institutions listed.
Medical disclaimer
Doctor profiles, fees and schedules on the site are for general reference always confirm directly with the chamber before showing up.
Any blog or health-tip content is general guidance, not a diagnosis or a substitute for professional medical advice.
In an emergency, please call the helpline or go to the nearest hospital immediately.
Appointments and communication
When requesting an appointment, please provide your correct name, phone and preferred time.
Appointments are finalised only after confirmation from the chamber or hospital.
Visit fees set by the chamber are paid directly by the patient this site does not collect any visit fee.
Your responsibilities as a user
Provide accurate, honest information. Booking an appointment under someone else's identity without permission is not allowed.
You must not use the site for any illegal, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
You must not run automated scripts, scrapers, or send excessive requests that strain the service.
Doctor and institution listings
We try to verify doctor credentials, chamber addresses and contact information (shown by the "Verified" badge). However chambers, fees or schedules can change over time we can't guarantee that the information you see is always the most current.
Intellectual property
The Doctors Find Bangladesh name, logo, design, text and compiled database belong to us. Commercial copying, scraping or republishing without written permission is not allowed.
Limitation of liability
You use the site at your own risk. Doctors Find Bangladesh is not legally liable for the medical decisions made between doctor and patient, the outcome of any treatment, or any incident that occurs at a chamber.
BMDC verification
A “BMDC Verified” badge on a doctor’s profile means we looked up their Bangladesh Medical & Dental Council (BMDC) registration number on the Council’s own register.
How we verify:
- We collect the BMDC registration number from the doctor or their chamber.
- We look that number up on BMDC’s official verification site, https://verify.bmdc.org.bd.
- We match the name and registration status on the register against the profile.
- Only when they match does the profile get the BMDC Verified badge, and the registration number, registration year and validity date are shown on the profile.
What this badge does and does not mean:
- It means only that the registration was valid on the day we checked it. It is not our assessment of, or a recommendation about, that doctor’s care.
- Entries on the BMDC register can change at any time. We update our records regularly, but you can always check the number yourself at https://verify.bmdc.org.bd.
- A doctor never carries both the “Verified” and the “BMDC Verified” badge. BMDC Verified is the stronger of the two, because it was checked against the Council’s register.
- When a registration lapses we update our records. If you spot an out of date entry, please tell us through the contact page.
- Doctors Find Bangladesh is not affiliated with BMDC in any way. We only use their public register to check information.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be highlighted on the homepage. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Khulna.
